Sales, delivery, and return policies:

• All sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

• Due to a global canvas shortage and increased interest, shipping times may be delayed. If you need you order by a certain time please contact us at BelmeadDesigns@gmail.com prior to order.

• Custom work goes into a line - first come first served. As estimate can be provided but is subject to change. By placing a custom order or adding customization to an order you agree that there will be additional wait times.

• It is recommended that all order have a signature upon delivery added to shipping. This is done by emailing immediately after order to add it. If not added, and carrier can prove package delivered to shipping address provided by customer, the package will be considered delivered and received. If the package is not delivered to the address shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact their local USPS delivering branch to gain the mis-delivery scan location & GPS information. Customer will provide said information within 14 days of marked delivery in order to file a claim. Only upon receipt of USPS’ approval and payout of the package claim will a refund be issued.

• If USPS can prove the package was delivered to the correct provided shipping address but customer reports it has been lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact local police and report it as such.
